It seems that I have had the same bad experience than several other unhappy customers, i.e. at the beginning of September 2013 I ordered a gift for a little girl, whose birthday party was already on 15 October 2013. I have still not received my order. I have sent several emails, made several telephone calls to Wicount and at this stage at least 4 people have promised to call me back, which has not happened! I am extremely unhappy with Wicount's service and at this stage I only want a refund. I have already cancelled my subscription as I do not intend ever buying any product from Wicount! BE AWARE!!
