No delivery and bad service

I purchased the skip promo in november 2012 and awaited delivery. No delivery came in december, I then called the call centre and was told they will follow up on delivery status. 2 days later I go to check my status only to find, groupon states my vouchers had been used in 1961 n delivery complete. I then contact call centre again no response. I email, was given a ref no. No response again. I email again. Given ref no again and still no response. They have received my payment in november all I want is my order...
