Poor service, Worse Policies, Pityfull Staff

I recently purchased tickets for Bugz playpark on Groupon site, did EFT payment etc. Did not received any voucher within 24hours, called the call centre, to be advised, payments may take longer to reflect, be patient and call back. Called back into C/Centre after 24 hrs, still not reflecting, cb after the weekend, Called back into C/C Monday 2nd Sept. Only to be told that if by wednesday still not reflecting they will refund the purchase and I can buy the tickets again. Wednesday 4th Sept, called in S/w Yusuf Saban, advises that they can do the cancellation and the refund, etc. all good and well, it gets done. When I go back onto the site, tickets are sold out. Only more expensive tickets available, Frankly told off by Yusuf and team members and Supervisor Naomi that sorry, no longer available, You need to purchase the more expensive ones. If this is the business model you've created, then spomeone needs to have a serious look into this. Sorry to say but I am dissapointed in your unhelpfullness and wasting my time for the past week only to get tickets to a playpark, you guys!
