Good Afternoon
After my payment was made and order placed for a Spy Pen from Groupon 7 weeks ago there still has not been a delivery.
I contacted Groupon 3 weeks ago requesting information regarding my order - they said that my Spy pen should be here within 5 - 7 working days.
I then contacted them again last week when a helpful lady by the name of Chantel Davids let me know that there was still nothing that had been done.
I would really appreciate for this matter to be resolved now as when a product is purchased you expect delivery to take place as promised.
