We ordered a steam mop 2 months ago... it still has not arrived. Constant promises from Groupon to reimburse a portion of payment because of terrible service. No money returned to me. I get told a million different reasons why it has not arrived, and they keep blaming somebody else!!! Constant promises about delivery date, which again is blamed on somebody else when this date falls through... again... and again... and again. Very disappointing!!
