I am a groupon customer and i normally buy from their online sale deals. in July i bought 4 Whistling kettles from Groupon, when they were delivered after a week or so i immediately realised that the kettles do not use electricity as their advert was not so frank it just said save electricity. i soon called their office and ask for a pick up and a refund, it has been two weeks now and the kettles were taken by courier it but no refund. i spoke to their supervisor Kelly Pauls who promised me to personaly initiate my request but unfortuantely her promises are in vain. the office is terrible you hold for hours the people seems clueless and less inthusiastic to help its like they running a spaza shop or something. im personally irritable because i use a lot of airtime to call them and they never even once tried to call me. in this 21 centuary its unbelievably for such a reputable online seller to invest little on educating their staff about customer relation.
