On the 31st August I purchased a Lasagne Plus dish from Wicount - 5 weeks ago. The purchase conditions were that you provide the delivery address once payment had been effected. However I wasn't given the option of giving a delivery address. I also, more importantly, never received a voucher no.
On the 16th September I queried the purchase with Wicount & was helped by Boipelo Mothabane, who gave me my voucher no & seemed very helpful initially. She asked me to be patient for another week or two, as deliveries could possibly be delayed. She ignored the fact that the company didn't have my delivery address & refused to give me the company's contact details so that I could follow up with them.
I have queried regularly since then & have subsequently had zero response from Boipelo.
I am not impressed with Wicount's poor service
