Can't you be professional

I made a offer to buy a promotional spa day deal on groupon 2 weeks ago the account numbers were given and I made the eft transaction. I was surprised that Groupon had not sent me a voucher I then emailed them to ask what the problem was then they automatic reply never answered my request until I had my husband call them they promised to email me I received the email and did as they requested for a refund I wasn't sure and still am not sure how they will refund me coz my request was for them to credit it into my groupon account for me to make another deal this was meant to be a present for a aunt and her hubby and can you imagine how long they've waited. I'm dissappointed because they haven't confirmed the receipt of the email I then got my hubby to call them AGAIN and this Raena Honey promised to email me till this day nothing I've dealt with daddy deals before and nothing of this manner has ever happened I'm disappointed in Groupon now FIX YOUR PROBLEM and REFUND me coz this is pathetic now ..
