I have been notified over 2 weeks ago that the Groupon deal I had purchased was cancelled due to lack of purchases. Thinking logically Groupon should automatically issue a refund, however I was still required to e-mail and call in requesting a refund. I have sent in various emails and called in a couple times but still await my refund!
I am beyond annoyed at the lack of professionalism on Groupon's part.
The call centre staff say they can not assist further as the refund is awaiting authorization from management does this take almost 2 weeks to do!!!
