I bought a voucher from Groupon for R2599 via EFT, the monies went off my bank account. when I went onto my Groupon profile the deal was not available to me... I called groupon and they asked me to send proof of payment, which I did. They then told me that the monies was in their account and they would refund me and told me to repurchase the deal which I did. Second time around the same thing happened. The deal is now closed and I am minus R5200 on my bank account. When speaking to the call centre NO ONE is willing to assist me, they keep saying that the system wont let them!!!
