Your tipping poit and you are lying

I bought a deal from groupon 2 weeks ago and waited a week for some response from them. When I emailed them they told me that the deal had a tipping point which meant that there were too few people interested in this deal so the deal got cancelled. So I phoned the manager from the nature reserve where the deal was and he told me many people bought this deal but himself had problems with groupon because all of a sudden they wanted 50% of the money he got from the deal after they settled for 25%. So groupon to me about the tipping point. All I want now is my money back and they told me that it is in the system so I will have a credit in my account. I don't want a credit in my account; I want it in my bank account. See the thing is groupon sells deals to thousands of people, keep their money for a while in there account, get some interest from other people's money and later on just let them know the deal got cancelled because of some lame excuse. This is not the first time it happened. So people be aware of groupon, they are there to make money and they are making it of your hard earned money
