I recently purchased a Exco Hair deal from Groupon. I have still not recieved my voucher even though the deal has expired. I contacted Groupon customer service to be told that they have a new sensitive payment system and cannot track my money. The made payment into the bank account details the Groupon site supplied. I have spent 3 days phoning and asking to speak to management to resolve this issue. Everyday the managers are miraculously all in a meeting at the same time. It's 3 days later and still now word from management at Groupon. Customer service agents couldn't even apologise for the inconvenience which this definatey is. So Groupon have my money and I have no voucher. This is not the first incident I have had with Groupon. Surely the customer protection act can help me out her or do we as customers just have to accept this terrible service.
