I contacted Groupon via the support email address on Monday 25 February to complain about a deal that I bought. The merchant sold too many groupons and now is fully booked until after the expiry date of the groupon, they refuse to honor the groupon after the expiry date and so suggested that I should request a refund. However, Groupon does not respond to emails, tweets or comments on the helpdesk website. It has been 5 days already without even the courtesy of any contact at all.
I am sorely disappointed and have cancelled my Groupon subscription already, but unfortunately I am forced to try and get in touch with Groupon one way or another to get my money back for the deal which the supplier won't honor.

I don't expect this report to generate any response from Groupon either, given their lack of response to date, but at least hopefully other consumers can be warned about what to expect.
