Request for a refund

I purchased a groupon tattoo deal offered by Mr Dee in Northcliff on the 14th July 2013.

I went there to retrieve my voucher on the 28th August, and I was told that
no tattoo was offered for the price of the R300 groupon voucher and that I needed to add R650 more to get a standard tattoo.

I requested a refund or for Groupon to credit credit my money into my groupon account on the 3rd September 2013, until this day I have not received a response or refund.
