I purchased 3 Groupon vouchers online and I experienced problems so I contacted Groupon. They advised me that the order did not go through. I told them that I would like to have my money back then but they advised that it was too little and they can only credit my account. I do not want a credit on my account. I just want my money back. It was a purchase of R270. I feel that it is my money and I have a full right to have it back.
