Normally Groupon are pretty quick to give refunds or credit your account but lately they are slacking. I sent through an email requesting a credit to my account more than a week ago. When I call them they ell me that every time they log into my account it just takes them one step back with regards to the credit, what rubbish. I want my account credited with the voucher amount or I will not continue to support Groupon. I need to know like other sites that when requesting a credit or refund that it will get done.
