I did not receive my voucher after depositing R500 on the 10th of January for a getaway that did not materialise. When a month went by without hearing anything from them, I sent an e-mail asking what was going on. I got a reply a week later stating that the deal fell through and they had to refund my money but have to produce proof of payment so they can refund me. It was my first time on Groupon and did not know how it works. I sent an e-mail again last week asking where to send proof of payment so they can refund me my money. I am still waiting till today.By the way does this Groupon has a telephone number? This is a good concept but really can Groupon try to be professional so as not to look like they are? I just want my money period.
