I had to constantly explain the issue to different people because for some reason, their notes are not linked.
Groupon didn't do their best to facilitate this refund. I had to constantly call back and get progress report from them. It's as if they were doing their best to ensure that i don't get my money back. One would think that they would go into their records and try to find my transaction, but they did not bother. That shows a "we don't really care about our customers" attitude and a system that is stupid as it does not store the information needed to assist the customers and Groupon when such situations arise.
Needles to say, they refused to give me a refund, instead I get stupid credit on Groupon, the very same people that tried to me over. They beat around the bush for weeks on end after I had to run back and forth with my bank to get a proof of payment, Groupon still gives me hassles. And on top of me getting the proof of payment, they still came up with excuses not to give me a refund.
