My fiance purchased something for me on Wicount and although it has been 8 weeks, we have not received it yet. No one got in touch with us to inform us about the delay. In fact we were lucky enough to get through to an assistant after numerous attempts who informed us that our goods will be delivered in the next week. That was 3 weeks ago!!! I really liked the deal but at this point im so disappointed that i dont care about the product anymore. All i want is my money back if i cant have the product within the next week so that i can unsubscribe from wicount and never be this disappointed again. I'll rather pay full price at local retailers as the experience is less exhausting!
