At the end of May I ordered a product from Wicount. To date, they have not lived up to their end of the deal by delivering the goods that they requested me to pay in full for. I have sent numerous emails asking when I can expect delivery and to-date, I have not had an explanation, let alone a response.
They are giving online companies a bad name and creating consumer online mistrust. I am shocked and appalled by their disgraceful business conduct.
If they refuse to live up to their side of the bargain then I at least expect a refund and would prefer that an apology followed suit.
