Terrible experience on Abseiling vouche

TERRIBLE Experience following our purchase of our groupon voucher

First when we arrived we had no idea where to go, when we arrived at the "reception" there was no one to meet us and I had to walk around in the "lodge" to find someone.

There was a group of 12 of us, and this meant that we all only could go down once, as there was no time for more - there were only 3 people that went 2ce in a group of 12 which is not fair. There wasn't enough harnesses for all of us so we had to keep taking them off and handing to someone else which wasted time.

There was no "anti chafing" covers on the ropes to prevent the ropes from cutting, the pulley system used was def not of standard, it looked more like something I would use to tow a car.

The guide had absolutely NO safety harness on, there was NO back up team member by him

My husband has blisters over his fingers on the inside of his hand due to your establishment using GARDENING GLOVES.There was NO first aid kit, no attempt made from the staff to help my husband or offer something for the blister / burn at no point what so ever.

Then the lunch... the food was horrible.

And NO response from Groupon following my mail to them.
