Late delivery of an item which I refused to accept

On 14th May 2013 I ordered and paid for a Gold Guess ladies watch (discounted to around R500). I received numerous text and email messages from someone named Sharmza (the supplier of the product) making excuses as to why delivery was delayed - facts, which are irrelevant to a customer who has bought and paid for a specific product. On 13th June 2013, Sharmza emails me once again to advise that they cannot provide the product I ordered and offered alternatives (I requested a similar product to the one I paid for) but was subsequently told that one wasn't available. I replied saying I could not accept this unprofessionalism but received no reply. Instead, after much follow-up, on the 21st June I receive a watch that I did not accept which looks utterly cheap and completely fake. I sent an email complaint through to Lerato from Wicount on the 24th June 2013 for a refund and response and up to this day have received no reply. I will never use WICOUNT again and hope to warn as many people as I can about these 2 suppliers. I was ripped off badly and will not just remain silent about it!!! The media is at our disposal to make a statement and make people aware, which I will do.
