Pathetic service when you try to cancel

I purchased a cell phone on the groupon website and cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. i was assured that the refund would be processed. i received an email one day later to say that the order will be processed and i must return the item in order for a refund to be done, the order will only be delivered in 2 weeks time and i must refuse the delivery and then contact groupon for a refund.what a ripoff. DONT BUY FROM GROUPON OR ELSE SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES LIKE ME
