Guess watch deal, received damaged goods - Refund

I purchased a voucher R549 for a Guess Ladies Watch deal, Including National Delivery (worth R1499) 7 May 2013. Deal closed on the 15/05/2013.

A defective watch was delivered on the 20/06/2013, I requested a refund and sent the watch back as agreed with the promise of delivery cost also being refunded.

I am still awaiting my refund and it is already the 5 August 2013.

I have reported this matter to Wicount on the 22 June 2013, 11, 15, 30 July 2013 and 1 August 2013 and I am still waiting for my refund.
