I phoned Groupon today, with my blood boiling, due to waiting for a refund, that has been requested from 22 December 2012 with my actual accurate answer/response. I then spent 40 minutes waiting on the phone for my turn to speak to someone, I was angry and above.
But when Aulrich Answered the phone, with his happy voice and super personallity, the urge to scream at someone faded away.
