We received a camera that was 'dead on arrival', not working. We reported this to Groupon on the 27th November 2012. It is now the 10th January 2013 and the camera has not been collected and in turn we have not been refunded. We have sent over a dozen emails requesting they collect and called many times. The turn around time on phone calls is shocking and i cannot believe that this is the type of customer services Groupon deliver.
