I purchased a groupon voucher for a set of puzzles on 10 May 2013. The groupon indicated that delivery would be by the 5 June... today is the 19 June and i have still not received it.
Today was my 3rd call to the Groupon call centre where i was promised that the matter would be escalated (as i was promised twice before as well). The call centre agents i spoke to claim that the non-delivery of my purchase is due to a problem with the supplier.
Not once in the 2 weeks after my product should have been delivered was i sent an e-mail, sms, phone call to inform me of such.
I wait with bated breath so see if and when i receive what was supposed to be a gift...
Groupon, your customer service is really pathetic, i will encourage other consumers to boycott supporting you until this essential part of your business improves!!!
