I purchased a product from the Groupon website on 6/11/2012 and as the promotion stated - I was supposed to receive my product within 4 Weeks from purchase. It is now the 21/01/2013!!! that is 7 Weeks after the item was supposed to have been delivered to me and 11 Weeks since I actually paid for an purchased it.
In my opinion, Groupon is not living up to their end and has absolutely disgusting customer service. Once I have received my item I will never purchase anything from them again!!
