Says they refunded but it's not in my account

Fed up with Groupon South Africa, still waiting for a refund or proof of the refund that never happened, they refuse to reply to emails, don't have a number to call, don't reply to legal letters, now I'm supposed to take the matter to small claims court. This is nothing short of!!!
Groupon reference numbers: (#718256, #683289)
Refund was supposedly processed on the 21/01/13
Credit Note Reference Number : 342120982
Total Due: R640.00
No such refund was done into my account and they continuously fail to send me the proof of payment that I can follow up with FNB. After my first complaint on Hello Peter I got an email with 'please see attached' there was no attachment, I replied numerous times stating there was no attachment. Still no refund, not repsonding to legal letters either.
