Refund for services not carried out

Hi there,

I purchased a voucher (8285590-1) for a carpet cleaning service from Wicount. The supplier Aaha Cleaners was unprofessional in that it never managed to arrange a date for the carpet cleaning. I tried Wicount numerous times to obtain a refund to no avail. I find this also so unprofessional in that the company is quick to take our money but after sales service is non existant.
