I purchased a wicount movie voucher for R295 in October and it was suppose to start in November, when November came they advised me that their is a problem with it so it has been cancelled and they will refund. They just refunded my wicount not my account where I originally paid from..I sent them mail asking for a refund to my absa account which I gave them account details. Someone came back to me once and asked for my voucher number which I gave them and still no refund. I have sent numerous emails over and over again
and no one even bothers to acknowledge you... I find there service disgusting, They take your money and dont bother with you afterwards they are ..I will never ever deal with them again and I will spread the word.
If need be I will get a lawyer to get my money back... It belongs to me and I want it back
