I returned a product purchased on Wicount (on 13 Dec) - the solar-powered colour changing light. I have been waiting for the refund for ages now. Wayne Banies at Lifestyle Shopping said that Wicount was meant to do the refund back to my credit card and it still has not been done! What is the delay? Please give my money back urgently. I have been after this refund for months now. Please can someone contact me and assist on this!!!
