Groupon (SA) not providing on its contract

I purchased a voucher for a Major Car Service and Electronic Diagnostics at Northway Electrauto (Bosch Service Centre, Wynberg, Jhb). The friendly service provider however could not do the service or diagnostics as promised on my vehicle due to the parts being deemed to expensive and the manager therefore requested me to contact Groupon and claim a refund. I did so formally per email as well as through Groupon SA's website and got a automated response back that they would get back to me within 24 hours. A period of 14 days has now past with absolutely no reaction from them - not even after I send a personal email requesting a response to the contact person [Email Removed] With 3200 bad experiences mentioned in "Hellopeter.com" users should probably take care. I must mention that I got excellent service from Groupon's competition Daddy'sdeals when I had a problem with them.
