On the 22nd of march I spoke to a Natasha Mars At Groupon, who had promised to refund my money on the same day.2 weeks later and I still haven't heard a word from groupon nor have they refunded my money.
They claim my payment was rejected yet they failed to inform me of this and they fail to refund my money OR GIVE ME THE PRODUCT I HAVE PURCHASED WAY BEFORE THE DEAL WAS CLOSED!!! I'm starting to think that groupon is a huge, preying on unsuspecting consumers!
