My wife and I order steers from Mr Delivery Norwood on the 18/01/2013. My wife ordered ribs which come with chips. As my wife does not eat chips we requested that the chips be put separate from the ribs as I do not eat pork, the lady on the phone insured me that the she would get them to keep the chips separte from the ribs. The food arrived and to our disapointment the chips were mixed with the ribs... We contact the lady at Mr Delivery and she informed us that they would be bringing us a new packet of chips and that we would need to return the chips we had... I told her that was not a problem and she said she would have the chips sent... its now more than an hour later and still no sign of my chips... We've already eaten and now dont require the chips any more... Finally at 8:30pm the chips arive... we informed the drive that we have already eaten and dont want the chips... We are very disapointed about your service.
