I have never been disgusted by poor customer service and bad attitudes from staff at fish & chips Co in eldorado park Johannesburg .the reputation of that shop is fading due to their staff incompetence .the cashier was so rude to us and the other customers and she didn't care less when we asked for the head office contact number.a box of large chips is R30 and what they do is spread the chips in the box, the box is not even full and when we queried this they brought us a scale to the counter and immediately put a print out of how their chips are measured and even the other customers were complaining but the lady at the counter couldn't care less and spoke in Afrikaans to the other staff members and said "hulle se die chips is te min" and they laughed. All this was a joke to them not realizing the brand damage of the franchises. There's Jimmy's killer fish in chips and if you compare the two boxes of chips Fish& Chips Co is a joke.they both sell for the same price but I know that shop is gonna go down soon. I will still take this complaint further until something is done about it.the shop is filthy as you walk in and no one cares about hygiene in that shop.super disgusted by service.
