2 times in a row coming all i get is disappointment. Last week, just before the shop closed, i ordered a piece of snoek fish-take away for supper, &when i got home the fish was off, i couldnt eat it as it tasted horrible, i even asked my housemate to taste it and she confirmed that it was off and i have been ripped off. Yesterday, I informed the cashier of the previous incident and he said or done nothing about it, but being a loyal customer i continued to place the order of the snoek fish anyway, this time around the snoek fish was not off, actually there was no fish, only bones and the paste they use to prepare the fish, which was not fully cooked either &had water dripping from it, luckily i was eating in, so again i approached the cashier to ask them to prepare me another piece or refund me as i was not willing to pay for something that i couldnt eat, from the kitchen came a woman STORMING out to interrogate me if i did eat the fish, &i honestly told her i had a bite of what was of the fish, she then asked who was i expecting to buy it, really? was i expected to pay for it, i think its best this branch remove this item from their menu, &ends its stuff for cust serv
