How on earth do they stay in business?

I have been trying to activate my on line account since January. I have requested activation about 6 times
On the 24 th of January I received an e-mail to ensure me that they are working on it.
To date no response form mails sent or requests on their web site to contact me
I am unable to book.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST
