All methods to activate Reload PrePaid Credit - not working, online activation in South Africa (Printed on purchase cards - for South Africa - only) yet on online activation form SSID is requested, now who in SA, know what the is that (It's your ID Number - for South African citizens), After all once the form is completed & submitted - the following error "OFAC" ( whats that) - I called the 086 number to activate - feedback, the system is an American system (Wow, not even the local guys could change the SSID text to SA ID, really, call me, I will help to resolve a SUCKING online user interface! Now if this card is targeting the masses, or who ever, you really messed up BIDVEST! To activate this card, you need to be a Astronaut! I even did the sms Activation, still waiting for confirmation after 4 hours!!!
Come on, the concept is AWESOME, but guys get your stuff sorted, so that activation is really user friendly, we live in AFRICA, not AMERICA! (All Smart, no stupid comments, only ProActive replies!)
My concern if this is the problem to activate, how the must I feel secure that you assist me in my money matters?
