There are certain land-line and cell phone numbers that I can not dial. Every time I dial the call either drops or does nothing, then comes up with a message that there is a network connection fault. I tried to log this problem with the call center, but even the call center can not be reached. This has been ongoing for a couple of weeks now. and when I dial from another network the call goes through. This only happens with the Cell C network. I run my business from my phone and can not reach certain customers due to this issue! Is this what we pay for? I think this is a breach of contract as I'm allowed to call to any number as I please land-line or cell phone, but currently this does not seem to work this way. Fix this!
