Contract finished and still charged

Very shocking that i have long asked for my contract to be terminated and to my surprise not only do these debit my accout not only for out of term but exactly double, payed for a sim swap in 2013 and its still not done, upgrade and poor service from accounts, customer care, and forensics. Please bring my money back and deal with the stupid person who thought they could get it eazy?

I need feedback asap
