Poor service & lack of intellegence

My wife's contract had been suspended, due to an illegal upgrade on her data contract.
This upgrade was done at Sandton City, we haven't been to Sandton City in 8 years and we have definately not requested this upgrade!
I'm trying to get the ID of the person who requested upgrades, but we can't get anything resolved.
My wife's contract also has my 2 daughters contract linked, so now all 3 girls phones have been suspended, because of upgrade that had not been requested by us.
We have logged this on Tuesday, and gave my cellnumber as the contact number to deal with, now call centre doesn't want to give me any info because this is my wife's contract. She's not available, because her phone had been suspended, and call centre agent are to stupid to get this in his/her head.

We don't even stay close to Sandton, why must my wife now take time off from work to get this resolved, if Vodacom made the -up? All I'm requesting is to see the ID of the person who requested the upgrade!

I will cancell all existing contracts with Vodacom, their attitude stinks, their service is to say the least, poor, and I will never, as long as I live, deal with them again.
