MTN GRAND CENTRAL BRANCH IN CAPE TOWN is the worst branch that I have ever come across. From the sales assistants to the manager.
The consultant who handles our contract is Wisahl, she is never available to talk to when one has a query or complaint and does not even have the professional courtesy to call back. But when it is time for an upgrade she can return ones call almost immediately and very quick to send through documents to sign to accept new deals.
I initially had a contract with this branch but after poor poor service I cancelled mine, I warned my husband not to continue with this branch but he decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
He too received the service from Wisahl when he decided to do an upgrade, but when he had a query on his account, Wisahl never returned his call either he has been waiting for her to call him for over two weeks to date. This is shocking!!!
Previously a letter of complaint was emailed to this store and the manager basically told me that he doesn't believe me - WHAT!!?
The Mtn owners should really screen this store. I will never ever use Mtn as my service provider after dealing with this branch.
