On the 26th of last month i took my BlackBerry PlayBook tablet to Vodacare in Cresta, the gentleman that assisted me told me that it will take 7 working day for it to be fixed. The only document he gave me was a paper with my ID number on it & their contact number - there was no job number or reference number given to me. I even asked him & he told me that its because they gonna send my tablet to the technicians. So now that 7 working days its over i phoned then this morning to ask for the progress i was transfered from one person to the other. No one is willing to assist me cause i dont have a job number - 2nd time i phoned the person i spoke to hung up on me. Am not happy at all with the service am getting.
