I am a highly frustrated client with regards to Vodacom's repair center. I bought a Vodacom blackberry handset from CNA about one year six months ago and ever since I had the phone I really do not know what is like to use the phone because it has been in and out of repairs like every second month. I sent the phone for repairs approximately 8 times and every time I sent the phone for repairs I had to wait 3 to 4 weeks to receive the phone and only to realize that the phone comes back with the same problem.
I am sick and tired of buying BIS when I cannot use it and its costing time and money to keep on going to the repair center to book my phone for repairs.
Buying a new phone is like not having a phone at all. So what is the POINT of having a new phone???
My phone is currently in repairs I hope that Vodacom reads this and does something about it!
