Today I had perhaps my 6th interaction with your Call Centre and am compelled to write and congratulate you on the amazing service I have received every time. Call Centers in this country should take leaf out of your book on how telephones should be answered and how to train staff properly. I am amazed every time when I call to be treated in such a professional manner by staff who speak clearly even though it is most probably their 4 th language. What makes your service excellent is the consistency with which you provide this service, every time all the time.
Today it was Lindi who was so courteous and polite and ever so well spoken. She treated me with the upmost respect and dignity. She was professional and clear on what was required. What an absolute pleasure firstly not to hear the inevitable "we are experiencing high call volumes" but to receive assistance immediately. Then to talk to someone who was not judgmental and superior but someone who valued my custom and treated me like a valued customer. Well done Lindi you are a star.
