I would once again like to thank a lady called Promise who works in Telkom's call centre. I called there today and was very pleased with her service. All her questions seemed sincere and every moment she had me hold she would within a period of 30 seconds assure me that she was still there. I received the most polite service from her today and hope that all call centre agents treat their clients with this much care. I have never had the pleasure of being treated like this before and it makes one feel valued.
Give that woman a Bells!? :-)
I would also like to add that I am always surprised by the lead-time of the technicians. they too are always there the same day I call and are very efficient!
