The manner in which Mr Bongani Mthiyane assisted me is amazing. he took time to explain everything in details and also made a follow up call to find out if I was happy with the service i am truly grateful to him. he is an example of how clients should be treated in a call centre environment. very efficient, very courteous, very professional and also respectful. i am speechless in the manner he did things. he really took interest in respovling my problem.
