After so many complaints and claimed escalations, promises to get called back with feedback and assistance that all proved fruitless, today was the first time that what was promised was delivered in a prompt and courteous manner.

She is the only person who has promised to call us back with further assistance and actually did. In the past I was given a false name and contact number for a staff member who does not exist. Nadine deserves to be working as part of a team that is as dedicated as she is, instead of the incompetent staff that Autopage Cellular seems to favour.
