Not Helping - you call yourself a call centre

I am not happy with the service received from your call centre and not returning my call after they said they would call back in 15 minutes.

on teusday the 29th of January 2013 i called the call centre to enquire if you can use two simcards linked to the same account, the first call to the call centre the lady who helped (did not bother to take down names) said it is possible i must speak top the sales department, i was transfered and the lady who helped me was arrogant and not very helpful shouting as her headset i presume was not working well. she told me that is it not possible but would call me back after going to find out for me, well two days have passed and no call??? SURPRISING - not really...

after phoneing vodacom they said not a problem i must come and see them - what nice service i received..

today 31/1/2013 i was on google and wanted to see if there were any forums asking for the same thing i found a link going to MTN... posted below

so i am not verry happy this morning . does their call centre not get training???
